The mark of a great book is one that you can't put down. You will continue to turn the pages even if it makes you late for an appointment or keeps you from sleeping. The mark of an amazing book is one that the author can make you feel what they are feeling with each turn of the page. Zana Kenjar has accomplished this very difficult task in her book done thru poetry. The journey she takes us on thru the roller coaster ride of ups and downs of having to watch a loved one suffer a terminal disease is both heart warming and gut wrenching. With every poem, you don't just read about the good and bad days, you feel them with her. Thru the power of faith, family, grace and love, she makes us see and feel that anything is possible. Even healing when Cancer is involved. On a personal note.... Zana, I knew you were talented, but this book blew me away...the baring of your soul was humbling. The love you have for your brother poured off every page. And I could not be more proud to say that I know you. An excellent read by an amazing author ❤
Author Zana Kenjar did an amazing job writing the 40 loving suggestions. This will help a lot of families to help their loved one suffering from cancer or any other sicknesses and bring them closer together. I love how the author wrote each story in a poem form because it reminds me when my grandmother was suffering from cancer and I was taking taking her every week to the infusion center. My recommendation is to buy this book, it will help you and your families if not speaking or seeing each other for any reason and remind you that love for family is very important. The book has a meaning of hope and motivation to keep you going in the worst situations. This book reminds us to always show love, support, and care for the family because at the end of it all, family is the only thing given by GOD and we have to appreciate it and always be there for each other. Highly recommend!
